Fullclip is an independent Chrome extension focused on saving the complete article as native Notion blocks, with AI tags, a two-sentence summary, an offline queue and Pocket/Instapaper import.

When is the Notion Web Clipper the better choice?

When is Fullclip the better choice?

How to switch (or add Fullclip alongside)

  1. Install Fullclip (coming soon to the Chrome Web Store).
  2. Connect your Notion workspace and pick the database you already clip into — Fullclip maps your columns automatically — or let it create a “Fullclip Library” database.
  3. Open an article and press Alt+Shift+S. Check the capture summary, then save.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fullclip made by Notion?

No. Fullclip is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc. Notion Web Clipper is Notion’s official clipper.

Can I use Fullclip and the Notion Web Clipper together?

Yes. They are separate extensions and both save into your own Notion workspace. You can keep the official clipper for your phone and use Fullclip on desktop when they want the complete article, tags and a summary.

Does Fullclip need a paid Notion plan?

No. Fullclip writes to your Notion workspace through Notion’s public API, and Fullclip’s own free plan includes unlimited full-page clips.

Why might a clip be missing parts of an article?

Pages that load content dynamically or render code inside web components are harder to read, and very long pages exceed the Notion API’s 100-blocks-per-request limit (Notion API limits). Fullclip reads the rendered article in your browser, including Shadow DOM code samples, and writes long pages in batches.

Is Fullclip available on mobile?

Fullclip is a desktop Chrome extension. For saving from your phone, Notion’s official share-sheet clipper on iOS and Android is the natural choice.
