Frequently asked questions
Is full-page clipping really unlimited on the free plan?
Yes. Saving pages, selections and links is unlimited on the free plan. The free monthly allowance applies only to AI tags + summaries (30 per month) and imports (up to 100 items).
Where do I buy Pro?
From inside the extension: open Fullclip settings → Plan and choose monthly, yearly or lifetime. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and your license key is shown right after checkout.
How many browsers can I use Pro on?
One license works on up to 5 browsers you personally use. Enter the license key in Fullclip settings → Plan on each browser.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your receipt email. A cancelled subscription keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when I hit the free AI allowance?
Clips still save in full — only the AI tags and summary pause until the allowance resets at the start of the next month (UTC), unless you upgrade.
